Maryland Belles 2019 got behind early in the game, trailing 33-31 by the half, only to come back forcibly in the final two quarters. Maryland Belles 2019 pushed through the finish of the first half, scoring a game-high 18 points during the second quarter. Both teams were relentless on the court, with Cincy Swish racking up 23 fouls while Maryland Belles 2019 picked up 21.
Nelson was the front runner for Maryland Belles 2019’s offense with 16 points, including five during the fourth period. He also contributed five rebounds.
Two other players also added ten or more points for Maryland Belles 2019. Daniels had 14 points and Sunshine McCrae racked up 11 points. Also helping the effort for Maryland Belles 2019 were Taylor Geiman (3 points, 3 rebounds, 2 blocks), Kolby Brown (3 points), and Devan Conrad (2 points). McCrae was a big defensive contributor as well, racking up five rebounds, one steal and one block.
Maryland Belles 2019 finished the game with 27 rebounds (12 offensive / 15 defensive), five blocks and four steals.
